Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My passion is helping women achieve their optimal mental health so they can live a life without barriers and find confidence in the women they are created to be.
My goal is to offer a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental environment for you to begin to experience the change or healing you desire.   I take a holistic approach to your  journey, helping you identify environmental, spiritual, emotional and physical barriers that may be preventing you from experiencing optimal mental health.  My clinical focus is helping women who have experienced trauma, or are experiencing anxiety and/or depression. I participate in anonymous staff consultation with other professionals, and continuing education to ensure you are receiving the best possible care.
I look forward to meeting you!
